Also...an FYI... One of the folks at HWI got this in response to an e-mail:
Hayley will not be at the recording of the Christmas Special.

Hello everyone. The New York trip to see the new show on St. Patricks Day at Radio City Music Hall was fantastic. Above is a photo of the group holding up the banner that was held up at the end of show by fearless souls who stood on the seats in order to raise it high enough for the girls to see over the heads of the people during the standing ovation. And as an added bonus, one lucky person was able to go back afterward to present the banner to the girls. There will be a gallery of photos of the trip posted later. I was able to collect a large sample of photos from most of the groups cameras. I need to get back home and then prepare the photos for display on the website, so it will take a few days, but I will do my best to get them up just as soon as possible. Till then, I'm sure many of the folks in the group will post reviews and such in the forums. And don't forget about The Lark , by Marie-France and her superb editorial staff. I'm sure she will have a story about the New York group trip in her next issue.
Till then, check back here for updates and photos on the trip.

Hello Órlagh fans. I do hope you are all able to find a way to make it out to one of the concerts during the current tour. Feb 14 is when it started and it will end by the end of June sometime. The dates at the end are still tentative and not available yet.
On a personal note. I will be leaving tomorrow after work to start my long driving journey to New York to see the new show on St. Patrick's Day, via Cincinnati to see Deirdre and Celti Tenors. With a bit of luck I'll have enough time in between travelling to take lots of pics and to also post them here for you all to enjoy.
I hope you all are enjoying the new look of the website (Thanks Marie-France). And also stop by from time to time to see the changes and additions. The newest is a link to a chat room. Not to compete with the CW chatroom, but if you are having trouble logging in there, you may want to try to log in here. It's good to have two places to go in case one is not working for whatever reason. Chat withdrawls are not good :(.
And one last thing. On Monday, March 12, 7:30 pm, Hayley Westenra will be in a live Chat at Gather.com
Stay warm and healthy, and I'll be back after Cincy. :)

February 2007
Hello everyone in internet land. The new 2007 Tour of A New Journey starting Feb 14, St. Valentines Day, signals a new journey not only for our lovely Órlagh, but also for so many others. Check out the CW official website for news regarding changes in staff at the home office. Also on the CW official website is info regarding Hayley Westenra joining the tour. My current tour page is a link to the CW official tour page so I don't have any new extra info. However if you have any news of any kind, please forward it on to me and I'll arrange to post it here.
Also a new journey for Órlagh who with the amazing talents of Danielle, webmaster extraordinaire, have launched Órlagh's NEW OFFICIAL Website and OFFICIAL Forum. Please go have a look at both. But don't forget about our dear Mary's fan Forum.
It is also a new journey for me, having moved to the remote and very small northern town of Flin Flon, I am nearly done all that needed to get done in order to get settled into my new home. There is still quite a bit to do, but the essential stuff is nearly done. My goal is to have all the essentials done by the time I leave for my trip to NYC to see Órlagh perform in A New Journey at Radio City Music hall.
I am currently starting to lay the ground work for a new look to the website. With the very kind and generous help of Marie-France, we will have a website that is a bit easier to navigate, and that will also have new and much more content. Rather than do it all in stages, I am currently of the mind to wait till the whole website is completed before launching it. If you have anything that you would like to include, please forward anything that you may have on to me. You may also contact me if you have any questions or comments or suggestions as well.
In the mean time I shall update website and forum links and post any new important information. Keep an eye out for a special thank you note from Órlagh for all the great Christmas wishes and greetings. Please keep Órlagh, and all the girls, and cast and staff who will be travelling with the A New Journey tour in your thoughts and prayers, that they may have a safe, healthy, and happy travels during the tour. And don't forget to send notes of greetings and good wishes as the tour means 5 months away from home which is a very long time to be away from loved ones.

SEASON'S GREETINGS to everyone. I am starting to do some updates on the website.
But first check out the web page that Marie-France was kind enough to create for ÓRLAGH's Christmas Greetings.
Then have a peek at the updated LINKS page. I have checked all the links.
All other links did work for me today. Thanks for your support. More changes to follow in the New Year.

Hello everyone. Not more than an hour ago I got my internet installed. Things really move slowly in smaller towns. But here I am now in Flin Flon with high speed internet again. I have much to do to catch up, so it will be just a little longer yet before I get some updates on the website here. Firstly will be Tour updates. Thanks for being patient.
October 24, 2006
My sincerest apologies to everyone for my lack of updates. I do try to post the odd changes and bits of news when I can. But I am in the midst of moving preparations and training courses and selling my existing home and buying one in the new town. And I just don't have enough time to do research to update the website. If I receive any info from any of you, then I will certainly post it as soon as can (so please feel free to send me any info you have), but otherwise I'm afraid there won't be much to update till I'm moved and settled and set up in my new town of Flin Flon.
Wish me luck in my move !
October 3, 2006 - NEWS FLASH
Órlagh and Celtic Woman are on their way to Japan for the October tour.
Best Wishes to Órlagh and the troupe for a successful Japanese Tour.
Thank You note from Órlagh !
Hello to all of you on the night before I leave for Japan ! It is hard to believe that as Willie Nelson says we're "on the road again" tomorrow. I just wanted to send each and every one of you a very sincere thank-you from the bottom of my heart for all your wonderful birthday greetings last month. Both I and my family were very moved by all of your lovely wishes and I will treasure them forever.
I feel so very privileged and blessed that my Music and the story of Celtic Woman has brought so many lovely people into all our lives. Thank-you for all the words of encouragement , support and friendship.
I especially want to thank George and Marie-France for putting together this beautiful site and for organising all the birthday greetings. You all gave me a birthday I will never forget.
Thank-you to each and every one of you.
Until we head back again to what has become our second home in December, good-night and joy be to you all.

August 1, 2006 - What's NEW!!!
Tonight is the final concert of the summer tour. Hopefully the weather in Red Rocks, Colorado will cooperate and everyone will have a faboulous evening. The next time the girls visit North America will be for Brian Boitano's Ice Extravaganza on December 16th which will be recorded and shown on national TV over the Holidays. Check out the tour page for details.
Work is underway to lay the groundwork for version 2 of Shooting Star. It will be some time before there is anything tangible to show you all, but it will be worth the wait. Along with the new look I plan a few more new pages that I hope you all will enjoy. I won't say any more at the moment but I will post more information when I have the final layout prepared. Till then, I apologize for the lack of updates. I shall try a do a better job of updating as time permits, but for the moment my focus is working on version 2 of this website. Incidentally, there will be a version 3, and maybe even a version 4 in the future. I won't let the secret out of bag just yet, but just so you all know I have big plans for future.
July 6, 2006 - (updated)
CELTIC WOMAN WEBSITE is now back up and running. Looks great! But after visiting it a couple of times I have noticed that there are changes being made. Seems they have launched the new site before everything was finished. So be sure to check back a few times over the next few weeks by which time it should be completed.
But STILL ever the LEADER in news about Órlagh, SHOOTING STAR's TOUR page was the first to publish the JAPAN tour dates. They can now also be found elsewhere. I will update ticketing info and times shortly.
Also, check out the new feature on the CW website, a DIARY that our very own Órlagh will be able to update while on tour, time and internet access permitting. A link to the Diary will be available here as well shortly.
Here is some more news from the CELTIC WOMAN WEBSITE
[quote]" Welcome everyone to our new website. Sorry its taken so long but we really wanted to make sure it was just right which, I hope you’ll agree, it now is. Celtic Woman is about to embark on the fourth US tour. It starts in Chicago on July 11th and ends in Morrison on August 1st. I am happy to report that Celtic Woman have just finished recording The Celtic Woman Christmas Album which EMI will be releasing in October this year. David Downes is also busy working on music and songs for Celtic Woman 2. This will be recorded in August and the new CD and DVD will be released early next year. We plan to tour this fantastic new show extensively across the US in spring 2007. Celtic Woman also plan to bring the wonderful show to Japan in October. Hopefully the Japanese will welcome us as much at the Americans have." [end quote]
JUNE 26, 2006
I will be archiving my notes and comments from here in preparation to starting up a BLOG page that will replace this section. It is also one of a few planned changes that will occur over the next few months as I slowly start to plan "Version II" of this website. The new version will have a different appearance. But instead of waiting for everything to be ready, I'll introduce a couple of new, or newer looking pages and features. Have a look at the "Tour Page" to see some of the originally created graphics based on original CW photo's. There are two versions which I shall alternate. Thanks to Eithne for the new graphics.
The changes will be slow, but keep on coming back to see what is new. And please feel free to send me a note at my email below to let me know what you think of the website, what you would like to see, and what could use improvements. Since I'm in the planning stages for Version II, now is the time to make your voice heard!!
JUNE 8, 2006 - ATTENTION - SPECIAL REQUEST
If you have attended a concert and have a photo of the venue showing a poster or sign of Celtic Woman, please send a copy on to Marie-France at Celtic Meav
JUNE 4, 2006 - New updates. SHOOTING STAR is now at our new home. David Downes SMAS book pics are now up. Have a look!!! Cosmetic changes include a new counter, and also, notice that the TOUR PAGE has a link to a CALENDAR so you can see the concert dates on an actual calendar. AAANNNNDDDD, notice that a tiny little picture of Órlagh is now appearing in the address bar of your browser (well actually it depends on your browser - Firefox displays it, and IE displays it in the favorites folder). Finally, I will update the guest book hopefully with a better one than my current guest book. So watch out for the new guest book.
MAY 27, 2006 - !The new CELTIC WOMAN FORUM is now online! And LisaKelly.org is now back up and running, although there may be some minor repairs to be done. And announcing Celtic Meav a fansite by Marie-France also has a new home.
Check out all these new developments along with the Summer Tour Schedule.
MAY 24, 2006 - Celtic Woman Official website & forum shut down! Celtic Woman has shut down their website and forum. The website is being renewed and rebuilt and is due to return in early June. The forum, however, is permanently CLOSED!
HOWEVER - Fear not fellow CW forumsters as a new "CELTIC WOMAN" forum will be launched shortly, run by fans this time. In the mean time, please go to the "Websites and Forums" page for all the other CW forums and websites that are currently available
STAY TUNED for more NEWS!
January 23, 2006 - I have most of what I wanted for the website up and running. There will be more pages to add. Plus much more information to add to the pages. But the basics are there. I will update the site as I finish preparing information for the various pages, so check back regularly to see what is new.
This is version 1 of the website. Launch date January 23, 2006.
Why version 1? Well I decided to learn HTML code for creating webpages. I have learned the
basics of using HTML code for creating webpages but I have a lot more to learn. Helping me
start this website and teaching me the basics is Marie-France, designer of Méav's
fan website. Eventually I will learn enough to be able to design a more creative and
graphically oriented website. So please come by often and send me feedback at
